Pho Dai Viet is one of those places I keep coming back to. And listen… if I’m hungover, this pho cures my soul. 😂 One of my favorite things here is their deconstructed stone bowl pho. Instead of everything already being combined, the broth comes out in a stone bowl absolutely PIPING hot, with the noodles, meat, herbs and other ingredients served separately. You add everything yourself as you eat, which I actually love because you can control exactly what goes into your bowl and when. And when I say the broth is hot, I mean HOT. 🔥 It stays hot while you’re eating instead of turning lukewarm halfway through, which makes such a difference with pho. This isn’t a place I tried once and happened to like—I genuinely love Pho Dai Viet and come back regularly. Good pho, piping hot broth, and apparently also my unofficial hangover recovery center. 😂

This is the inside of the shrimp roll and the peanut butter sauce is disgusting. It’s like they didn’t even try. They slice the shrimp in half it’s like eating a damn dry salad w noodles. I will never order again , the banh mi was okay but it didn’t come w the sauce on the side. Idk what the hell this is but it taste like peanut butter. I order these all the time from places all over and I never had a roll this disappointing.

I just visited Pho Dai Viet to try it out for the first time. We arrived right before closing time, but the server was incredibly pleasant and happily helped us out anyway. The dining room was clean, the food arrived piping hot, and everything felt authentic and satisfying. Here is a quick breakdown of my experience: •    The Food: The Pho broth was rich, flavorful, and simmered to perfection with generous meat portions and fresh herbs. •    The Atmosphere: The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax. •    The Service: Exceptional service, especially since the staff was so accommodating and kind right before they closed. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I will definitely be back. If you are looking for a solid bowl of Vietnamese soup in the area

Visiting from TX and we all agreed it was some of the best chicken pho we’ve ever had. The vermicelli noodles with pork and shrimp were amazing too. Spring rolls were ok but very little shrimp. Prices were crazy high which brought it down one star

Really enjoyed our experience at Pho Dai Viet the other day. Stopped in before a concert at Chastain, everywhere else nearby was stacked so figured lets go for some pho. Glad we did, the food was outstanding! I had the spicy beef pho and they definitely did not hold back on the spice. It was great, though I would like to try the broth without the chili/spice added sometime in the future. My wife had the com bo luc lac (filet mignon over rice) and it was also great. The egg rolls were good if maybe a little bland. The shrimp spring rolls were great and the peanut sauce was amazing, but definitely needed more sauce. Hope to be back one day... awesome place! Would rank it in my top 5 pho places in GA.
